| Job Description |
Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol and have your ®Smart Serve Certification, previous customer service/bartending or serving experience an asset but not required
- Good organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, high level of physical fitness, a responsible attitude, including reliability and the ability to work with minimal supervision, the ability to work swiftly and efficiently, including working under pressure, a working knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages, a basic knowledge of country club system software, a working knowledge of suggestive selling technique.
- Will provide food and beverage service to members and guests, according to standards established by the management, ensures that members/guests understand all menus and changes
- Assists in setting up dining rooms when requested
- Provides excellent customer service at all times
